I got my PPR on 15 Dec, sent my Passports on 16 Dec, reached Ottawa on 18 Dec..
received COPR yesterday..
so around 8 working days.

I'm an October 2014 appplicant and CIC asked for my T4 and NoA for 2012, 2013 and 2014 in June 2015.

i got rprf request today at 10.38 a.m and they stated in eamil that my eligibility has been passed and admissibility(security,criminality and medical) is ongoing.
i have paid today right after as well.
my time line is...
applied on july 31st 2014, AOR on 8th oct 2014, RPRF on 8th jan 2016.

I got rprf too,but it does not say eligibility pass, its says like this

"This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa, which has been found eligible in the Class for which it was submitted. Admissibility review (security, criminality and/or medical) is still ongoing; you will be contacted if additional information is required for that purpose."

Please confirm if your wordings are different.

means your eligibility has been passed.i spoke to my lawyer just now and thats what she said.
