The wait is over!Just got my visa today!I can't explain how I feel.It's a mixed emotions..It came on the least expected moment.Thank you so much to everyone who had shared their experiences here in the forum which is very helpful and reliable.You guys have been of great help to me

July 19-Application sent via Aramex courier
July 22-Application received by the embassy
Aug 29-Sent email inquiry to the embassy about the status of application(received an auto response on the same day)
Sept 18-Received an email from the embassy("Processing of your application will be finalized shortly.")
Sept 22-Visa granted

To keep you update I'm now passport request status my timeline is

Application filed July 9, 2012 Complete doc's (which includes original UAE police clearance and NBI clearance)

Passport Request for stamping August 27, 2012

Could you please advice regarding your job level?

Yes Anne,nagsend ako ng bank statement for 1 year pa nga e.Hehe.Coz I'm not sure kung ilang months dapat un ipapakita as proof of funds.Hindi naman yun kasama sa requirements but I believe it might help as well.

@antonette. ur most welcome.. same state, alberta also, in edmonton.. sayang ndi pa tayo ngkasabay. received my visa last aug, then i immediately resigned.. il be working til oct 7, then gonna fly by oct13..
im quite nervous, coz the trip is long, and having stop over also.. hehe
