I got the same VO ID number when someone replied to me

Hi, im a May applicant, i came accross your guys' conversation and just wana share that i once emailed CPP ottawa for an enquiry and the same code which was D6364 also replied to me. In his response he stated 'Our office will get in contact with you regarding the next steps in your file, in due time.'
How do you that its his own VO?

currently May-2012 applicants are getting Medical Requests. Based on this we would expect to receive MR's in the month of Feb-Mar 2013, unless CIC speed up the process in the new year

Hello Guys,

I contacted my lawyer and she has not received any MR request yet however my ECAS changed to In Process. I applied to for pr in Dec 2011 which however got rejected after sometime due to missing some docs. So i am guessing that they have reopened my existing case and started working on my old case instead of new application as i was missing only 2 docs.

I hope this is the case, l will wait for sometime and see how it will go. Best of luck guys!

i have a same situation as yours.I applied in Dec 2011, got rejected and reapplied in july 2012.They opened my previous file as well and then they wrote "decision made" after few days but current file still says "application received". My question is what is your current ecas status, any progress????

Hi posstr,

Earlier my old status was showing in process however recently they changed to decision made for December 2011 and for July 2012 its still showing Application received. So i guess they are evaluating my whole application from start though i missed 2 documents in December 2011.

They should have opened my old case and add what was missing earlier as now i have provided everything they need. Its just a wait and watch game for now

Hi Seniors,
I am a November applicant. My application received on 13-Nov and till date my bank draft hasn't been cashed.. little worried.. Has anyone faced this situation that their draft hasn't been cashed even after 6 weeks after applicaiton received date.
Also, is there anyway I can check w.r.t. my application in ECAS system before receiving AOR.. if so, how do I check my application status. I donot have any details other than the bank draft numbers.

Hey guys, i am planning to travel to my home country for a month in Feb and will come back to Canada in 2nd week of march but i am worried about MR.

what if CIC request for MR while i am away. I applied for PR in July 2012 and got AOR on July 23rd 2012. What you guys think when i would get MR. I am lil worried what will happen when i will be away for a month.

No update on mine either. Ecas: " application received July 19" that's all. I don't think they started to work on July applications yet. I am a bit worried as my pgwp expires next month ( waiting for the extension but that seems to take longer than usual too)

Same here. I don't know why people are worrying, we must remember that there are many applicants from previous months still waiting for MR.

I am also a July applicant and I am questioning if possible to do your medical before their request and pay the RPRF in advance. I see few applicants who did this. ( my reason is not to necessary to speed up the process, there are medical and personal reasons) Can I do my medicals now? ( I got the aor in August) or i have to wait for their email? Please advise!
