I was reading somewhere tht all the VOs have quotas for the year. So new year means new quota. I was wondering if LVO applicants got delayed because of this as the quota was filled n they delayed the processing on purpose. N with new year n fresh quota the pending cases will b processed quickly like for the mid 2011 applicants.
Just a thought! Wht say u guys?

I don't think this happen as u stated above, specially quota for calender year... They usually work through fiscal years as they did in MI1, MI2 and MI3.

forcabarca posted tht his status changed to RBVO for just one day after getting PER and it was back to IN Process after tht. so if it changes so quickly most of us might have missed seeing it RBVO. mayb!

Could anyone kindly inform me what is the meaning of the change of colour red or/and blue on 'in process' status ? previously my in process colour was red and now it is blue !
