Firstly, I send the email to FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @
And they did not reply. So I replied to them another email and include the CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @
And I did not paste the reply email.
Today, I received CIC's reply.

I don't want to cause any confusing and just paste what CIC replied to me.

This morning (sunday july 11th) I verified on ECAS - nothing was modified and the address was there
In the evening I verified again and no adress can be seen but the status is modified and shows as follows:

We received your application for permanent residence on July 5, 2011.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 8, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

on July 11th it was Monday not sunday.

Anna is social worker in India who is on hunger strike against Government for Government's corruption. but tenby and all those who received Cap reached e-mails are not corrupting any one.
I think tenby cleared it in his/her next reply saying that he e-mailed twice to CIC, in his first e-mail he said "I was applying" and in his 2nd e-mail he started "i am applying"
he is not spreading rumor of Cap reached he is telling what has he got.
Don't loose heart tenby. If one door closes more will open.

Today’s discussion started with sad news, then it turned annoying, and now it is so hilarious…. I do hope the next discussion will be full of good news, PERs raining over us and a lot of positive email replies from CIC… soon we will be grabbing our visas as it will be raining visas…. (Immigrant Visa for FSW1 to be specific)

I can tell you for sure, being one of those who received a cap full reply, that I would never ever ever joke on something like this, its such a sad situation, I feel like banging my head towards a wall, and to think that I have to start over again, probably studying french for applying through Quebec, or maybe thinking of changing career to be able to apply on one of those NOC that CIC keeps over the years...Now I'm frustrating my husband so he can have a higher level of english so we can apply through him... I wish I could travel back time and send my appl. before ...
