Let us try to act as if we are employees of CIC, let us look at every post in this forum like our applications…

Per OP6 “The CIO will assess the applicant’s submission as-is and make a final determination of eligibility
under the MI issued on June 26, 2010”.

So, look at every post as-is and make a final determination of eligibility of that post when you have enough proof.

Respect is the word we should learn, including me!

I can tell you for sure, being one of those who received a cap full reply, that I would never ever ever joke on something like this, its such a sad situation, I feel like banging my head towards a wall, and to think that I have to start over again, probably studying french for applying through Quebec, or maybe thinking of changing career to be able to apply on one of those NOC that CIC keeps over the years...Now I'm frustrating my husband so he can have a higher level of english so we can apply through him... I wish I could travel back time and send my appl. before ...

Cheer up buddy. I know if you have strong determination and desire in heart to get something you will get it by trying.
So keep trying you n you spouse will make it. But to get something you have to lose something. and that is your rest. Lose your rest and struggle to get it.

I feel so sorry about this situation... last June I almost got crazy when I had my application back due to cap reached.
I was decided to get even some crane operator's skills in order to immigrate!!! Such thoughs are reason to my family ' s laughing till today :-\
