Last time noc3112 had 4 and now it's 3. How can it be?

Never noted it. yeah I think so. Well there were 3 to 4 NOCs that went -1, for example, 3112. What does that mean? BD is sure payment, so they will count it as +1. It is only CC that can be counted as -1. Does this mean they count b4 charging? Tired of making assumptions.

Good point. This means that complete applications mentioned on CIC site, and which are counted in the CAP as received as complete, are not all charged for fee payment. Some of them are not possible to charge because of CC problems or wrong fee payment procedure, so they try again and if they don't pass with fee payment, they remove them from completed application list and add others. There is no other logical explanation other than this. I think who ever applies under NOC 1122 in a few days period will have a chance to reach the cap. It is max. 5 days period. After that it is impossible, considering the number of apps. which are already received under NOC 1122.

I'm worried about my app. since it reached CIO on July 6th. and still no news from the bank. I used my friend's CC.

Yeah I know. May be should request one of those who recently landed to find a basic job in CIO and we get more reliable information. ;)

let hope in the next cap update it shows -100 in noc 1122 ;D

Not good to make assumptions and no one knows how the count the applications. If you red the webpage says "complete applications"... so, what does it mean?. Unless we know someone from CIO we would never know.

I hope we had a clearer situation next week but it is getting hard and frustating not to hearing about cc/bd encashed.

I searched Mr. Krzswda Mr Doug and Mr. Mike on facebook.
Nowhere to b found.
I even send messages on facebook to people who are working in CIO Nova Scotia office from facebook....

On new forms

Notice
New form for permanent resident applications

As of July 18, 2011, applicants for Permanent Residence are asked to complete the new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008). This new form creates one universal application for all permanent residence categories.

The form features prompts and drop-down lists that will make completing the forms much easier for applicants and will help prevent errors that create unnecessary processing delays. Completing the form electronically and validating the form before printing will generate a unique bar code to allow for the efficient entry of data into CIC's case management system. Hi! Read your comment. Does this mean it's better to download the new form wth barcode for new applicants?Since I am trying to complete all documents since 2009, I am shocked everytime there is a new form released. I had to retype everything
Changes to sponsorship applications

Sponsorship application forms that are mainly used in conjunction with family class applications have been redesigned as well. Previously, the sponsorship application form (IMM 1344A) and the sponsorship agreement form (IMM 1344B) were two separate documents. Effective July 18th, 2011, they were combined into one form called Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking (IMM 1344).

CIC is strongly encouraging applicants to download and complete the forms online. Applications completed ‘by hand' will still be accepted, but only until March 31, 2012.

urgent help needed pls :)

Like I said before, Yesterday my mother went to the bank (Canadian bank) to ask if the BD was charged and they told her it was but the system wouldn't show the date it was charged. She works, so she will try to ask again next week. They won't give info by phone.
What I'm asking if there were confirmation by other members of this forum since I seem to be the first one with a BD charged, although some applicants before me have not gotten their cc/bd charged.
Patients and hope we will get confirmation in the coming days.

hi there!!My apps was also received by CIO on july 13,2011..same as yours..but until now,My BD has not been encashed .. Im a little bit worried coz I think the bank who issued my BD are a bit annoyed already because we kept on asking them from time to time.. They told us to email CIO if it has been deposited already.. :( :o
