Dear All,

today i got PP back with mapple leaf ( stamped visa ) along with COPR docs for myself and dependant.
i have one doubt that in PP expiry date is as below >>

Issue date :: 19 -jun-2012 expiry date 23-11-2012.

i have completed my medical on 23 -11-2011.

I think issue date and expiry date has to be like of 5 year or not?

what things needs to take care before landing and what things require while landing?
seniours or ppl who reached to cananda please share your experience and knowledge...
Please i am in real need of it.

Your visa is valid for one year from the date of your medicals.
Please ensure you land in Canada before that.
If not, you would need to apply afresh.

THE 5 YR VALIDITY DATE UR TALKING ABOUT IS FOR PR CARD

U SHLD LAND BEFORE DEC ..AND ONCE U GET PR CARD THT IS 5 YR VALIDITY FRM DA DATE IT IS ISSUED

Ya i know that i have land before december but i thought 5 years of PR has been mentioned in the PP

plz read my whole details i need your kind help and opinion,

1-firstly, i did applied for work permit as a cook on mar-2009 from a Restaurant-A my total job duration was 7years
but they REFUSED for visa,the reason they told that VO is not satisfied.

2-secondly,i did applied under FSW class under cook category on 23rd Jun-11 from a Restaurant-B.my experience at Restaurant-B was 3years and 2month.
my total job exp is 10 years and 2 month on behalf of this my points are max which is 21.
but today i receive refusal letter From LVO reason is written as

"you were awarded 19points for your experience at Restaurant-B.but no point were awarded for your experience at Restaurant-A due to lack of satisfactory evidence that you were employed there as stated.you have obtained insufficient point to qualify for immg. to Canada,the minimum req. being 67 points.
the table below sets out the points assessed for each of the selection criteria

Hi I am really sorry to hear your story, you did not provided complete details neither your Profile info shows any.

I am not sure whether you took help from professional consultant or not, otherwise a genuine consultant might have suggested you to work on your language skills as it is best way for people like you to secure points

Secondly I do not have idea whether your experience is based in Canada or Outside Canada, if I have any info, based on that I can suggest you to apply for stay on Humanitarian Grounds.

At last what I can suggest is go take english classes my be for month or two crack marks in IELTS and you will be done with your points.
