Hi members

My online status updated to We started processing your application on May 29, 2012.
I got my Per on 07/Feb/2012 and Aor on 06/March/2012. Almost a month since 29 May.
I have no travel/criminal history and I'm a single applicant.

anyone have the same situation,When shall I get my MR from new delhi?

Any of your dependants have travel history.?

Hello,

plz read my whole details i need your kind help and opinion,

1-firstly, i did applied for work permit as a cook on mar-2009 from a Restaurant-A my total job duration was 7years
but they REFUSED for visa,the reason they told that VO is not satisfied.

2-secondly,i did applied under FSW class under cook category on 23rd Jun-11 from a Restaurant-B.my experience at Restaurant-B was 3years and 2month.
my total job exp is 10 years and 2 month on behalf of this my points are max which is 21.
but today i receive refusal letter From LVO reason is written as

"you were awarded 19points for your experience at Restaurant-B.but no point were awarded for your experience at Restaurant-A due to lack of satisfactory evidence that you were employed there as stated.you have obtained insufficient point to qualify for immg. to Canada,the minimum req. being 67 points.
the table below sets out the points assessed for each of the selection criteria

My question r?
1-should i appeal?
2-should i write a letter?

Oh, I feel so sorry for you! I can't believe you recieved a refusal because of just 1 point! Did you get your PER from CIC before your case was sent to LVO?

Was your tenure of employment continuous or otherwise?

Secondly, What educational credentials you had declared? (I mean do you hold Two Bachelor Degrees and 16 years of education or Bachelor / Master with less than 17 years of education)

I feel for all those who have been waiting since too long for Passport with stamping like me. Anybody in the forum, Any senior knows about the reason why New Delhi visa office is taking so long.

Address change request sent: 26 March, 2012

ECAS has no update whatsoever, the last update is we started processing your application on 9th Feb,2012.

If your address has been changed to Canadian address on 22 June...then congrats
Your visa has been granted and U will get your passport in 10 working days

hello, please tell that DELF exam of france is valid for FSW or not? If not , then which test are valid. In INDIA where i can register, with which agency and what is fees of exam and when it will now in coming days.
