Dear friends , i called them again today , they said the same of what they said last time i called , that they are still analyzing my file and no decision had been made yet, i asked for my app. no. and client ID
my app file starts with letter E.

is there meanning for that letter E ?

Yes i did log on the E-Cas, and i am confused about what it says.

its says Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete

and when i click on it it says We received your application for permanent residence on July 22, 2011.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 21, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

i havn't received any e-mails.
i will run now to check my mail box.

plz friends i need yr help on this one, did anybody receive PER by e-mail, did you have the E-status ?

when yr e-status changed to in process ?

Hey steels, E is the same letter all od us have, don't worry about it! (it could be linked to their world famous Eh!)

Try to log in on their website (on the right hand side, click on check application status), use your file number to see your application status.
It should show application received. Do let us know if it shows anything else.

Dear Steelz ! According to my prediction u will get ur PER next week. Just hang on Pal and have faith in Almighty.Wish u tonnes of luck for your PER.

Steelz, ER letter comes by email only. They have already sent out your ER email on Oct 21. It seems you missed it ,check your spam folder or just email them & ask to send the letter to you again & give them the id. You can't tell if it's PER or NER from ECAS status for that you have to have the ER email.

1- how my e-cas says Eligibility Review Complete, and the agent on the phone said there is no decision had been made yet and i crossed 100 days since i applied my application?

2- if its complete how come i didn't receive e-mail ?

3- if everything went well am i not suppose to have e-cas inprocess by the time lines shown in the spreadsheet according to other friends who sent their applications by the same period ?

I am fully agree with RKC. I think U had missed the email regarding decision.Just send an email mentioning that u had not received any email and CIC will send u a fresh one.

Steelz, ER letter comes by email only. They have already sent out your ER email on Oct 21. Hi steelz,

I will advice that you wait for the ER email. I have seen lots of post regarding delays in ER email just like your case. in this case it takes about 10 to 20 days for you to get the email after a letter has been sent out as seen on the ecas. a final determination is be made on your case as there might be some discrepancy/confusion in your application. I advise you to keep praying and hope it goes well.
