Keep the faith my friend... I understand how you're feeling right now... It's kinna tough to lower the anxiety especially when everybody, whose timeline is same with yours, has received their PER. If you notice in the SS, I have the longest wait of 103 days from date of application received by CIO last July 13, 2011. I only received my PER on October 24, 2011 while others (whose application reached CIO on July 13) received them at October 5.. You see the gap 19 days? 19 days of worries and anxiety.. heheheh... Like you, I felt worried for I might receive NER anytime but I kept the faith I took away all worries and there I got my most awaited PER... I know there's still long way to go so let's keep praying for a positive result...
