thanks guys! actually my MR is dated Oct24 (the same day I got a verification call from CEM) but I received it on Oct26. my eCas: In Process. inside it just reads:

"We received your application for permanent residence on July 8, 2011.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 30, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."

hi there, just want to ask if the visa office will give us a notification when they receive our applications from the CIO? what is the 2nd AOR? I received my PER last sept 30 and still waiting for an e-mail from the visa office in london...anyone who's case is same like mine? God bless to us all...

Mostly visa officer in london they don't sent 2nd PER they only send MR. i got my PER 5 oct my Ecase INProcess and detail We recived your application date xxxx what is you detail of Ecase.

Oh Your Royal Highness don't get my hopes too high. Since Zelda announced the receipt of her MR, I have been looking out the window to see if there is a DHL van parked outside. I am going crazy. Not good. Really not good. hahaha ;D. I think Zelda got lucky. Her file was received on the 8th. That means she has gone past those who submitted from the 4th to the 7th.

The other day I was tempted to climb up the 8th Flr of the RCBC Plaza, where the Manila VO is, and tell the VO personnel that I was there to pick up my MR/RPRF. It's a pain to have to wait for DHL when I can see the VO right here where I work.

I am not going crazy. I already am.

I won't object to cleaning up the chimney for those who can't wait to get their chimney and cheese fix. In fact, I found a smokestack that's big enough for all of us.

THIS is indeed a flaw from the CIO.
It is clearly spelt out in their Checklist that if the applicants Original IELTS result is in their possession,the applicant should attach a copy with a written explanation.

Did you inform them about that in writing? What is your NOC code?

Ceteris paribus,you can re-apply when your documents gets to your door step.

You have to contact them about the unfair NER - get2canada on word press - waynes blog, read the link on unfair NER... I have not applied after July 18, but I know in the new checklist, they do say you can submit a copy if CIC holds the original IELTS report!

2)simultaneously be ready for reapply, as soon as possible

May be they donot pay attention to your fax,donot waste your energy in complaining,
gather your documents and reapply ,
