Oh i understand...they simply requested 2 normal pass photos for each (not digital)...its very strange in Colombo why do they need the negatives? and what will they do with 5 photos?!

They request them ??? I need to forward it to D M P for medical.I think they can scan negatives for checking possible alteration on digital images.

do we need to sign Schedule 3, Economic Classes-Federal skilled workers application form, If we have submitted this form before November 14th? I didn't sign it. Because there was no space for sign and date on this form before.

I need help from experience forum members. My passport was getting expired on April 2012. So i renewed my passport.
Do I need to send notarized true copy of my new passport and old cancelled passport to the New Delhi Visa office.
I did receive my 2nd AOR 10 days back.

I also have one more query I did submitted my Police Verification Certificate of my old passport number from India and I have also submitted Police certificate from FBI in Canada as well as I was staying there for more than 1 year.
I do want to know do I need to submit fresh Police Verification Certificate again as my passport number has been changed or is the PCC of a person and not for a passport.

Your Suggestions are much awaited.

if there is no space to sign on it, u dont need to sign

Some one is getting grey hair.

Others couldnt sleep or eat well.

IS IT HAPPENING WITH SOMEONE ELSE TOO?

BECOZ APART FROM THESE SYMPTOMS
I have also lost half of my pubic hair , is it normal?

As far as I know, you must have just one year continuos employment in one of the 29 listed NOCs. The rest of the years could be in any other NOC, but has to be full time.

When you submit your documents, whether the secondary job you have mentioned is one of the 29 listed NOC or not, you must provide Reference Letter with ALL your duties mentioned and signed by your Supervisor. Also attach your Supervisor's business card.

I know what you mean about Dreams letter. I find it confusing too. You may wait for some more responses to your query to be doubly sure.

I was also under the same impression, but in one of the post by dreams on this forum he said that he got a NER.
"The reason being that out of the 4 years work experience I have the initial 2 years stated in the employer letter does not show that all duties were performed as stated in the NOC 0631. They are happy with the most recent 2 years " ( copied from original post )
If CIC is ok with only 1 year of experience in Shortage NOC, in that case they should be not be concerned with the duties performed in the reminder of experience.
This is the reason for my confusion.

If u are only CLAIMING POINTS FOR ONE YEAR OF EXPERIANCE IN THE APPLLED OCCUPAION,
They r happy with one year of exp. In the 29 noc.

BUT IF U R CLAIMING 21 POINTS FOR 4 YEARS OF WORKING EXP. U MUST PRODUCE PROF OF EXP. And Duties performed in the 29 NOC LIST X 4 YEARS.
(* just an advice Plz dont show any fake Exp. Letter,they allways make it out* and u will banned for 2years\life time)

I got through the number today. And this is the information I got.

Right now Sep files have not yet been opened. They are currently looking at applications till August 31st.
Then I asked about the CAP numbers on the website and the answer was that the CAP numbers are till August applications...
I was asked to call after couple of weeks, however they dont know whether they will be able to reach mid September in 2 weeks time.
