Hi Guys

I just wanted to know if anyone from new delhi visa office has received any medical request or not. My file was received by NDVO on 29th Sep which was intimated to me by them. Since then, there has not been any communication from their side.
Secondly, when they ask for medical request, I suppose, we also need to submit our passports. Since i am alreday in Canada on work permit, how do i send me passport to new delhi? Is that legal, if yes, what means shud be adopted to send the passport?

Currently, I am staying in UK from august 2011, Do I need to get PCC from UK also?

In case of passport request, How do I send passport from UK to India?

Please advise me members of the house. As I have just received PER, how do I go about changing address. do I need to contact VO? if it's VO, can I contact them before the case goes to RBVO or after? I also learnt that 2nd AOR/RBVO is sent by snail mail. If they decide to send that to my current address, no one would be here to receive the letter. ???

Explorer: rehan and forcabarca I think already have ecas showing RBVO (for LO applicants) and now theirs show in process I think - for the rest of us it jumped directly to in process without showing RBVO.... No idea if it's a system error or what... Maybe we should expect an RBVO now... or like RKC mentioned earlier, maybe it'll show In Process till the end without change- that happens too...

Anyhow so far London VO has never sent 2nd AORs .... Only emails or letters requesting more clarifications or .... if all is ok, they send MR.. But with the unification of CIC processes worldwide I wonder why London VO doesn't send AORs...?

When rehan and forcabarca get further updates, we'll know more.... Any news guys?

As for my case, I am in the same situation as you.. No reason for worries... It's just a waiting game... Cheers!

Just to clarify, my ECAS only had the "RBVO" message for a day. Perhaps your status changed twice before you logged in. And the London VO is by far the slowest. By the time we reach Canada, we will be incredibly patient people
