Friends,
It's not just me but the whole admin team comprising of Westpoint , Big O, NKKD hortons that strives to keep the tracker updated for the benefit of all.
Keeping the tracker is not one man's job. It's a joint effort.
Cheers to all the three. :)

You are right RKC. "In Process" does not mean anything much to me. But I am happy I even saw any update in my status anyway. I was beginning to think a case worker left my application pack in the dumps.

I am not sure if Manila issues a 2nd AOR. When my brother applied last year he got the MR/RPRF after the 1st AOR. My cousins, on the other hand, got a note from the Manila VO asking for additional documents. They all made it to Canada at the same time. 7 months from end-to-end.
Alain I won't be surprised if you soon come up with MR/RPRF update here. Manila VO is a sprinter. They just issued visa to one May applicant. That makes it just over 5 months for PR. :)

so it's obvious. the status is not real because it directly depends on dates. the date cannot be same as PER or RBVO.

same thing happened with medical sentence on Ecas last year.
Yes Faraz I remember it happening last year. People reported having the 'medicals received' line in their status before even doing any tests. So it's confirmed 'In Process' status before RBVO is an out & out error.

Hi SHO....

Gr8 News..... Heartiest congratulations !!! Have you got RBVO status earlier?? If so, when??
Because we are 9 or 10 ppl ( as per earlier posts) who has got IN PROCESS status without getting RBVO status..... Our status is showing IN PROCESS but if we click on it, it shows the same old statements ( 2 statement) 1 is for recv. date and another is for PER date..... NO update (like yours) happened in our process tracker....

Pl guide....

Hi, For me this statement is there in the status

"We started processing your application on XXXX date"

Now what do you say about it :)

Hey friends, I have a query. If someone's weekly working hours are 35 and the total experience is 7 years, how will his/her experience be calculated. Is there a chance of the application being rejected on this basis? Please friends, need your input on this!! I'm too worried.

There is NO CHANCE of the application being rejected on the said basis, unless and untill its a full time employment job..... No contract hours will be considered in it....

Thanks for the reply Avnesh. It is a full time job but it is a job in a school so the working hours are only 35 per week. Will it be ok?

37.5 hrs / week is the requirement of cic , if you worked 35hrs/ week in 7 years . so your job experience is 6.533 years , so you got 21 points of experience.

It doesnt matter unless and untill you have full time employment for a year atlist from your previous experiances.........Your application will not get rejected due to this (hrs) condition.....

Thanks Farrukh, my application was returned last year that is why I'm so anxious :-X Sorry if it sounds irritating ,but does this mean that my application has a chance?

Thanks once again dear Avnesh, best of luck to you!

Hi,

My status has also been changed to, "In Process". Last week it was showing RBVO, although I haven't received 2nd AOR.

I think this change of status is correct and hopefully they are trying to move this fast tract down to six months instead of 12 months:)

Regards,
Rehan Sami

i dont think one needs to have a 2nd AOR or RBVO date to be IN PROCESS. though it would be nice to receive em as heads up.

and yes, its not uncommon to get a visa in less than 6 mos nowadays. i know someone from manila who got her visa in 4 months time. end to end. shes a doctor. she didnt get her 2nd AOR nor RBVO.

maybe the other VOs are emulating manila now ::)

Zelda if that's the case it's good news for all of us. Still how do we explain 'In Process' status before receiving PER.? Some members are already In Process before laying hands on their PER.

• Before PER , in process means process for eligibility review is continued
• After PER , in process means process sending to VO is continued
• After RBVO , in process means processing in VO is continued
God knows better
