HELLO FRIENDS. LAST APRIL 13 I RECEIVED NER FROM CIO. THEN I EMAIL THEM ABOUT MY REFUND OF PROCESSING FEES AND BELOW IS WHAT I GOT FROM CIO.
GOT THIS REPLY FROM CIO ABOUT MY REFUND. PLS ENLIGHTEN ME....

Please be advised that your application was assessed and it was determined that the application met ministerial instructions. It was placed into processing and failed on selection due to insufficient points; therefore, no refund will be issued.
