I am new on this forum. I applied on 12 august 2011, received per on 7th November and 2nd aor on 13th dec. My ecas address disappeared when I received 2nd aor and it disappeared again . Do you think it has anything to do with any updates.

You better call. It is one way email. Check the post behind, there is telephone number.
