hi!

can anyone advise me if it is still safe to apply under COOK by march 2012?
my documents won't be ready by march. or do you think i should just wait for july to file my application?

Dear Friends,

After so many request today my consultant informed me about My AOR.
They got my AOR on 18th November 2011.. Date of AOR is 4th November.
Also they got acknowledgement of addition of newborn baby details on Dec 12.

According to them delay in MR is due to additions.
Please advice seniors.

this is good to know. atleast there is some progress.

I am going to have to live in one place for 6 weeks!

I just got my Passport request.

Ecas is still the same (in process), address is still not there, and received the request by mail.

Guys good news..

i just had word with one of very good friend of mine MANG, member of this forum
If you guys remember he got an email from NDVO for interview and he was asked to bring his old passport..

Today he got another email to ignore the previous email. Not he just have to send the old passport to NDVO and the interview is cancelled...

NDVO rocks.....

i also received similar Email today, but only for proof of funds and not for PCC, and i also not submitted my PCC with initial application, still they do not asked for, any reasons why???

shall i send it along PCC as well or shall i wait for demand??

senior please suggest.

dear fellows--------- i am near to apply ; perhaps within 2 weeks
my question is ,
my working hours are 8064 within last 7 years , so my working experience will be 4 years or more?
2nd question is
i have obtained the bank statment and account certificate from my bank but account certificate is not mentioning the amount of deposit , will this be problem?

You have to collect another bank certificate clearly mentioning your account balance both in your own currency as well as in Canadian currency.
Work experience is fine as long as it is a paid job experience..and experience letter mention about your starting date,year etc and total hours both. Good luck.

Hi Dear friends, i am logging in to this lovely forum after a long time as i was quite busy. Congrats to all who received their PR, AOR, MR AND PPR.


I received my PER on 28 November but still i havent received any AOR from NDVO and i saw that forum members have usually received after 1 month. Is this normal in my case.

You should have got it long back. Please check your spam mail.

oh yes! this week all the news is coming from NDVO. its good to know tht they r processing at a good pace. MR should follow for all of u pretty soon. good luck!

important thing is whether u had been working full time or part time.
if u were working full time the no. of hours worked should be 7800 in four years.
if u mentioned tht u were working part time u will be given experience marks equivalent to 3.5 years. as it cant be 3.5 years u will either get points for 4 years or 3 years. in ur case i think u will be given marks for 4 years as u have worked more hours then required i.e. 7800 hours.

I am new on this forum. I applied on 12 august 2011, received per on 7th November and 2nd aor on 13th dec. My ecas address disappeared when I received 2nd aor and it disappeared again . Do you think it has anything to do with any updates.

if your bank statement clearly state the closing balance which meets the requirement for your maintenance fund, then you are good to go.
