People get far to excited about getting a JR

All it means is that another officer will review the application. Doesn’t mean it’ll be approved

There was one person awhile back that guess they had money to burn that did a JR 2x. Both times refused

Agree. Many times application is still refused after "winning" JR as they see the settlement as automatic approval.
