i am working as coiled tubing and pump operator for 4 years for wells services company in abu dhabi ,and i was working as fracturing supervisor for 3 years with schlumberger

i am electrical engineer graduated from one of Egyptian universities

i had found some companies want person working as coiled tubing operator in a company called sanjel in Calgary

i am Egyptian and work for 4 years in abu dhabi ,UAE
what is my chance to get work while i am there by visit visa ?

U can try going for interviews if u happen to be in calgary for visit but i would advise u to send in yr resumes way before u enter and try to set up appointments for interview while u r in calgary. However, if u are not a PR, the chances of landing such jobs may be a problem unless the companies are deseperately in need of people like u. It actually depends on the company's needs and willingness to sponsor u to work in canada. Furthermore, yr qualication also needs to be assessed according to the canadian standard for the companies to recognise yr credientals, so u have to get it assessed for the companies to recognise yr qualificatons. As an engineering degree holder, yr degree also needs to be accreditated by the engineering board of canada to be able to be recognised by the employers, especially those in yr specialised field. So u still need to get yr qualification assessed before u can procced to have yr qualifications recognised in canada.

1- i will not looking for a job as engineer ,i will work with my experience that i got it form working in oilfield
so i still want to to get my qualification assessed ?
2-if i to get yr qualification assessed ,what is the procedure ,i will do it By Myself or the company will do it for me ?

if u r not going to be working as an engineer then u should be fine as long as yr job scope does not require professional qualification credentials. If u need to get yr credentials assessed, u need to do it with an official assessment centre, such as the ones listed in these links:
