Experts could you please help us...we are literally struck.

Hey

half way down your pdf you got your 1. Express Entry profile # and 2. Job Seeker validation code, right? that's what you need.

If not showing, you might want to change your browser. they sometimes have trouble showing pdfs.

I have submitted my application and receive the CIC message (the PDF file) with the "next steps" do register with Job Bank, as following

1. your Express Entry profile number: E000000000
2. your Job Seeker validation code: EMPTY

I didn't receive my Job Seeker validation code. Does anyone have the same situation?

I can't create my profile without this code

hey

my validation code was based on my passport # (or big coincidence!) - might wanna check what you put in for passport.

Guys, thanks for all your posts here but I am still stuck on this problem as well. After I submitted my profile, I didn't get any notification containing a PDF (neither from my email nor from mycic account). Shall I try to modify my profile and re-submit? I have no job offer, not a provincial a nominee, just FSW.

Please advise.

Hello All,

I have been able to successfully submit my express entry profile and have created a Job Seeker account. My Status is set to Open right now, so waiting for the next status. Fingers Crossed!

Hi sarka, great to hear that! Was that after you re-created & re-submitted your profile? Or was it you first time to create (you didn't had the problems we've been facing)?

I am also getting same problem! :(

Hello everyone

The job seeker code is the last four digits of your passport.

The application would be visible in your my CIC account

Use that and try

Hey Guys,

For those who did not receive any message or Job seeker validation code. Here is my tip which worked perfect for me.

The job seeker validation code is same as the last four digits of your passport.

Your EE profile number should be there in mycic in your application.

I neither received any message for my EE profile nor job validation code.

I used my passport last four digits as Job seeker validation code and my application is open now.

Hope this is useful.

Dayal.

Thanks kainthsimranjit & dayal. But in my case, the Application Number column is empty as shown on MyCIC account. Any idea?

That is weird. Does that status say submitted ?
If yes, then there should be app number startig with EE000

Hi manidhatt, yes. The Details column shows 'Submitted' then under Messages column it says 'None'. I used the 'Come to Canada' tool/wizard to determine if I am eligible then it gave me a personal reference code. I used that to create my express entry profile. Then I submitted after filling all the forms.

Go to your submitted applications

App number App style App name Date submitted
EE000***** EE XYZ

This is how mine shows. If it does not show try to update your application and submit again. Hope this helps

Under my submitted applications, I've got these:

Application number: (empty)
Application type: express entry
Applicant's name: (my name)
Date submitted: 2-jan-2015
Details: submitted
Messages: none
Action: <check status and messges button>

I'm wondering whether the system is still buggy when I submitted (Jan2)?

Exact thing happened to me too. Ended up making a new CIC account and applied again.
