Job offer in Toronto..any points that I need to check

Dear Friends

I am working for an USA based company in UAE. I have been selected for an internal opening at Toronto and I have accepted the job offer and financial package.

I am waiting for the official letter of employment now. After working for a year in Toronto I would like to apply for PR.

Is there any thing I should check in the offer letter which will make it easy for me to apply for PR ?

Any tips and suggestions will be appreciated.
