Same. I got my LPP complete on May 29 (Updated on May 31). Hoping to receive the Oath soon. So, when I called the IRCC on the 29th, they could actually confirm the status of our application.

Finally saw an update: LPP completed on May 29 2025. I see lot of us received an update on the same day.

They invite you. If you're invited to an in-person one, you have the option to request a virtual appointment instead by email.

And vice-versa of course. Note that requesting a rescheduling (either direction) probably means at least a small delay, or perhaps more - may depend on location.

You will know when you get the email. You can check the IRCC 'when are citizenship ceremonies' for your city (internet search), and guess whether the day of the week of ceremonies they mention seems to fit the published dates for that city. This method's not infallible though, not clear they always publish all ceremonies/keep days of week consistent.

My guess: I think they generally invite to virtual ceremonies that are sooner than 5+ weeks away, so it being for > a month in future means it might be an in-person ceremony. But this is only a somewhat-informed guess.
