Hi guys I need some advise. I’m applying for my spouse PR application(Outland).

In the PR portal there is one section which says to upload “Proof of Status”. She does not have any status of canada so I’m this case what do I need to upload?

Visa office: Sydney NS
AOR waiting…
Question: will it take longer to recieve the AOR since I have included my two dependents in application? They are ages 2 and 3? Hope to receive some information soon fingers crossed

I don't think the number of dependents matter that much. I applied on Jan 11th and received AOR on much 2rd. I also have 2 dependents aged 9 and 6

I have the same question. I am a Canadian living with my married US spouse in the United States. We decided to go the "Outland" route. The section of the PR portal asks for "Proof of Status." He has no status in Canada and won't since this is an outland application. The "Proof of Status" is required. Should we attach images of both our passports to a Word document and explain this is an outland application and he has no status in Canada (yet)?

Its your passport i.e. sponsor's proof of status

Can one upload TRV Biometrics when they send a request for bios?
I didn't include it in the application but it's still valid.
