Can somebody share what is the rough timeline we're expecting, moving forward? I've compiled some data from other people, am I on the right track?

My rough estimation from the data above:
Application submitted: 04.01.2023
Delivered: 04.01.2023
AOR: 15.02.2023
Test invite: 15.07.2023
Test Completed: 01.08.2023
Oath: 01.10.2023
Passport: 01.12.2023

Does this sound correct?
For which parts of the process do I need to be inside the country, and which parts of the process can I leave the country?

Thanks
I was quite a bit off track with this one, I found a better data from 2022 yearly spreadsheet:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1_KE3Bu3C3gOyEm0mRVcJH9nEA2u2GOhfpUZOckOWmN0/edit#gid=1316748968

Updated estimation from the sheet above:
Application submitted: 04.01.2023
Delivered: 04.01.2023
AOR: 23.01.2023
Test invite: 23.03.2023
Test Completed: 23.04.2023
Oath: 23.05.2023
Passport: 23.07.2023

Isn't oath being done online now? Is that the only process where I need to be physically located in Canada?

Yeah I understand the timelines change a lot even monthly.
Some are getting in-person also these days but the majority is still online. Even though it is online they do expect you to be in Canada at the time of oath. You have to cut your PR card in half in front of them on the camera.

All i have a question on Number 14 i.e. Have you held travel documents and/or passports during your five (5) year eligibility period?

In the 5 year eligibility period i had two passports issued from my home. (Reason for two being the previous passport was about to get expired and new passport was issued)

Below are the details of my passport
1st passport Issue date is 7th Dec 2011 and Expiry Date is 6th Dec 2021
2nd Passport Issue dat is 2nd Mar 2021 and Expirty Date is 1st March 2031

There are no gaps between my two passports however i had applied for renewal for my 2nd passport before the expiry of my passport.

My question is would i still need to post an explanation. Its not a gap but its an overlap in my case

Thanks had some follow up questions as well. Please advise

Q11. Tell us what you have been doing during the five (5) year eligibility period inside and outside of Canada.----- Over here the options are for yyyy/mm and there is no day option present in the form. So i do some scenarios where in for example i was employed with Company A between 3rd Dec 2018 and 4th April 2020. And with Company B between 27th April 2020 and 31st Dec 2020. Post leaving company A i was unemployed for a period of 23 odd days as seen in the dates. However there is no option to include the days unemployed in the application form. Please advise if need to just fill in on a month / year basis and its not required to show i was unemployed for the number of days, since i had got a job the same month, i left the previous one, just that there is a gap of 20 odd days within the same month.

One related question in case i was unemployed for a fixed period should i just mention the occupation / activity as Unemployed and leave the other fields i.e. Name of Employer, Address, city and country as blank.

Q.5 Have you used any other name - I have not used any other name. So should i leave this field as blank or mark it as N/A.

Physical Present calculator - On the physical presence calculator there are two options present i.e. Day you left Canada and Day you returned to Canada. For example i had left Canada for my home country on 14th May and returned back 21st May. My question is as i was in canada on 14th May till noon and had left by flight so technically should i mark the day i left Canada as 15th May i.e. the next day as thats the day i arrived in my home country or even its half a day i need to mark it as 14th May

For your unemployed question include your home address in the address field. It doesn't let you leave it blank.
