So today I called the call center and I was told that I already have a profile in the system but there’s no temp file number either AOR she said to hang tight so I could get my AOR in a couple of weeks...
My AR is 02/22

I have send a webform for Temp file no.
but they replied
We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your application is not available in the system yet.
webform sent 18th may and got reply 25th may
AR 5th Jan 2021

Now a days AOR taking 8 months
