I got my EE-PNP-Inland ITA last Jan 2021
Today, i created and lodge my CEC EE. There will be a draw for CEC by tomorrow or next week

I talked to the Immigration Lawyer that helped me before. He said, it is fine to have another CEC profile. I can decide after it was drawn.
So I am taking my chance.

FYI, I've got a ghost update on my profile yesterday, my medical exam has changed from "you've passed the medial exam" to "you don't need a medial exam".

I assume this is because my medial exam has expired.

Does anyone experience the same? any thoughts on what will happen next?

This has been my 3rd ghost update, I've got two before border reopening
