Called IRCC today, similar AOR, COR UAE...eligibility: not started, security: no started. Agent told me FSW processing time is currently 26 months, so I should expect an answer on my profile by March 2023 or before. Well as per them, they don't deem my application urgent.

Take it with a bit of salt, I have seen so many PPRs recently in this Jan thread. I'm no longer keeping any hopium until I see the application approval email in my inbox.

I called around 3 PM EST. I selected from Ontario Province one number. Tried dialing 3-3-0 which connects to PR card department and then requested the agent to transfer the call to Immigration agent. Directly i have never succeeded.
