I contacted the call center yesterday and they said that they sent me the portal email on July10. But I haven't received any email. Checked the spam and trash folder, even the email is correct on which they sent. Rep leave the notes on the account and once the officer will check the notes they will send the email again. Advised me to wait for 2-3 days or even longer. I also sent the webform as well about that. Let see what happen. You can also check with them.
