My assumption: IRCC creates temp No to digitalize our paper such as : scan, input info to system, etc. Then it's assigned to officer. When office checks and accepts assigning, it becomes permanent number.

So, Temp number means your paper file is digitalized, it doesn't guarantee anything.

Hi good people, I have a question, I don’t know how many of you have the employment restrictions like me which has to keep the full time status and etc but as Ontario is going to enter another lockdown my boss wanna put me on part time for the following month. Is this really gonna effect the application like I may not pass the eligibility or that is a ok thing to do. I’ve checked this forum for long time and didn’t see a lot of people talk about this, it’s actually hard to keep full time for this whole process during this pandemic...really need your help, thank you

Hello people

I am confused as to how to extend my work permit. I have a closed work permit expiring in June as I got short time due to my passport expiry date. And my PR application is already in process, my confusion is will I have to renew my work permit support letter with SINP and get my employer to pay fees again and then reapply for another closed wp? Or do i qualify apply for BOWP. My employment is restricted, category SINP international student stream.

Please folks help me out here
