It is just a generic reply that everyone gets when they upload valid documents related to their PR application. Except for the line "
We have forwarded them to the responsible office for their consideration." everything else is copy pasted to everyone else. Even I received the same wording when I submitted the Public Health Dept. letter to them.

Once it states "We received your medical exam" in ECAS, it means your medical result has passed in GC key.

It's 100% reliable information. Thanks bro, I did double check on GC key via my consultant and he said my medical passed.

I did upfront medical in Nov 2020
I got medical furtherance request for my daughter which was uploaded on 17 DEc 2020
Still shown on GC key
we are reviewing medical results
we are processing background check
How much time they take to get med passed on ECas
nothing is shown on ECAS for medical (not received even)

Means most likely the reply to the " furtherance request for my daughter " was not sent to IRCC doctors by the panel physicians.

In my case, they asked for followup Xray after 3 months + sputum. Once we have done them, the panel physician doctor submitted the results to the IRCC doctors. The status updated to passed the very next day on GC Key and ECAS says Medical received. The IRCC doctors seem to act very fast.

In your case, it seems they are waiting for something. Call your panel physician and ask whats going on and why did you get furtherance?

In my latest GMCS i's said for Security: Due Date: 26/02/2021
But does it actually work, should I expect a miracle at the end of this week lol.

Btw I also decided to request notes from Canada Border Services Agency and Canadian Security Intelligence Service
To see if they actually started my Security check.

Nope, that date means nothing unfortunately. My due date was 1 year from AoR ie 18th Feb 2021. Not even a byte of data moved on my file that day or even till today. My Security has not started. Info sharing in progress (Info sharing all data from all countries is ready, some officer needs to open, look at the data, approve and mark the security done). For fully completed COPR files, the Security field in GCMS shows empty i.e as if its not applicable. I think they just clear the Info sharing process to done and that triggers the DM. And someone else opens the file to take a final look and release the COPR.

Just call them to get an instant update if your Security started or not. Also, you seem to be my best friend the first candidate (like me) to start outland and turn inland midway.

My security hasn’t started ( as gcms note ordered on Jan 20,2021) Due date is 2021, Oct 29

What is the license? Is it work permit or another thing??
