Hi Feras, do you know how people can get temporary file numbers? I saw 2 June applicants so far who got XEP---!!
Can they apply for BOWP with these numbers?

They are calling and getting the number by phone. However, this number not official, as it's not in the processing system yet. what I understood that they scan all applications into receiving system, then depending on receiving date, they open the file and give the official file number which is the same number without X.
I am not sure if it help with WP application, but if you feel you have no other alternatives, then you can try and get it to include it with your WP application with your explanation letter.

Question - Where exactly do you upload your Upfront Medical, does anyone have a link for the Web Form?
And do i need to do anything else?

My file is currently managed through lawyer representative, but they are not the fastest moving so i'd like to handle the upfront medical exam myself.

The immigration medical is sent electronically by the doctors. Find a doctor near you and ask them what do they need. https://secure.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx
Usually, just your passport is enough. After the examination, they will give you a reference number. That document should be uploaded to your profile. In 10 days, the doctors would send your report directly to the IRCC. Based on the reference number, your report will be added to your profile.
Please note that it is valid for 12 months from the date of your medical exam.
