AR June 22, 2020
AOR Jan 13, 2021
Bio Jan 15, 2021
Upfront medical Jan 22, 2021 sent e-medical sheet same day via webform
GU #1
after that nothing changed in GC key and more than 15 days now, no percentage bar.
I called IRCC last week. they said you will be getting update shortly.
Even, I can see some applicant of AR June 2020 started getting MR.
Hope for the best.
Please correct me guys if I am wrong some where. share your views.

You sent upfront medical already, why expecting MR ? I did upfront and sent them thr webform, medical passed after 1 month without any MR.

Hi, How can I submit an additional document for the paper based PR application? Through Webform or is there any option to login to GCKey and submit?

there is a link to submitted documents (at the top part in the main page of GCKey). CLick on that, you will see the place to upload the additional document. I think it is better than using the webform

Here are what I did. Don't put much meaning on MR and do the upfront process. By the way, When I sent eMedical form which I received from panel physician through webform, I sent MR too. I don't know that is helpful or not.

DEC/28_2020 - Upfront medical
DEC/30_2020 - Received Medical Request (MR)
DEC/31_2020 - Sent eMedical through Webform
JAN/05_2021 - Doctor submitted the result
Feb/02_2021 - Medical Pass without webform response.
Feb/03_2021 - Got the response of webform

Hahahah that’s cic excuse to start working on express entry files ... as like seriously we being waiting for an AOR from 6 months and now they decided to put files on hold .. I don’t know what’s gonna happen now

Like that’s cic fault we sent our applications at proper time but they haven’t processed them because of the all the so called excuse covid

Read it CIC never said they want to hold files this update came last year and I called my pnp office at that time coz i was laid off at that time they told me that its pnp officers decision to hold your file or not and if they chose to hold they have to contact ircc and tell them. After I got rehired, I contacted my province first and then IRCC when I had my temporary file number in hand via webform and i even got a reply that they verified my information about my rehire.

Guys just called IRCC and they said Security has not started yet. Expect long delays. So, looks like I need to make up my mind to not expect anything for the next 6 months . Although I am technically Inland now, they are processing my application as Outland looks like. Please dont even get started stating they are the same (inland vs outland). No they are definitely not.

Also, because there is no progress on file, its almost confirmed that the release of GCMS notes DOES infact create a Ghost Update (GU) one day before its released. Good luck to the folks in situation just like me. Atleast my WP is not expiring anytime soon. I now begin to be grateful for that.

Also, I tried 5 times and 5th time it said you are placed in queue. I gave my number and hung up and received a call back. Other times, system said that they are busy and asked me to hang up and mind my own business .
