The thing I worry the most is my nomination confirmation letter said:
Visit CIC’s website (www.cic.gc.ca) for instructions and forms for applying for permanent residence. CIC
must receive your complete application before the nomination certificate expiry date of 13 Oct
2020.

Which means if the AOR had not came before that date, I will have to apply the nomination again and do the whole process again.

You should be fine as long as your AR is before 13 Oct

For me I think AR means nothing. AOR is the date when the application is reviewed and the processing is started. When they review the application and my nomination letter is expired then I am fucked. Since the lots of people lost their job during the pandemic, CIC might require me to get the nomination letter again and verify that I still have my job.

AR does mean something. IRCC processing times start from AR which is the day they receive the application in their mail room, not the day they confirm receipt.

No AOR in july as well because travel restrictions on till end of July
Travel restriction is not what's delaying AOR, it depends on if IRRC staff can resume work fully. I do hope IRCC will come up with a plan to deal with paper applications soon.

Maybe you are right but I think its connected with restrictions because no one received AOR MR after 18 March

My understanding is AOR is acknowledgement of receipt, which means officially received the documents. Am I wrong? AR means the document is delivered, but they didn't yet confirm they received or picked up yet.
Yes you are right. However, you need to understand that once your application is acknowledged as complete, the IRCC starts counting the processing time from the day your application was received by them. Also note that your nomination will only be affected if the IRCC has reason(s) to return the application as incomplete and your were unable to resend and they receive it on or before Oct 13, 2020.
