My ECAS is showing Medical Received but my GCKEY log in Shows Passed. What should be more accurate? I read someone had their was reverted and asked for a secondary medical.

I would not do so until you become citizen. You have signed an agreement to reside in the province that nominated you, in theory they could come after you and ask IRCC to revoke your PR.

I sent mine on Dec 5th, received respond on Jan 4th. I think you will get respond near the end of the month.
