AR: Jul 24 2020
AOR: Jan 26 2021
Ecas: start processing application on Jan 27

Both are correct. ECAS will show "Medical received" after you have passed the Medical

Medical received on Ecas means your medical is passed as you can see on your gckey. Nothing to worry about

No one can predict processing time. All
Depends on you luck man . But cic website says 21 months always.
