Hello,

I received my biometrics instruction letter through GC Key today. Does anyone know what happens next? Do I have to wait for Service Canada to call me to schedule an appointment? Should I call Service Canada and schedule an appointment? (It does not appear that is possible right now but just want to check).

Timeline:
Application Received: January 6. 2020
AOR: February 28, 2020
Work Permit Approved: August 11, 2020
Work Permit Received: August 12, 2020
Medical Passed (submitted up-front): August 21, 2020
Biometrics Instruction Letter: September 30, 2020

Can someone please explain how I can link my paper application on gckey?

You should log into your GC account and then click
Add (link) your application to your account
Then you'll have to answer a number of questions regarding your application.
I always failed with this procedure until I managed to contact the IRCC operator and she helped me with it. But that was in June. Now I cannot reach any IRCC operators by phone.

The only thing I did wrong while trying to link my application online was that I specified the "Number of persons on the application" as 1 instead of 2.
So if there's you and spouse on the application, please specify 2.
That was my case. Hope, it helps.

January 8th: App recieved
March 3rd: AOR
August 6th: OWP
October 1st: Recieved BIL

Did any of you get a phone call from a officer to schedule your appointment yet?

On CIC website, they said it takes 105 days to receive a PR card. I am not really sure how long it takes for you to do landing though.
