There was an extra $100 you had to pay for OWP. 155 for work permit, and 100 for open work permit. You had to pay both for a total of 250 or 255 I dont remember.

Total $255 for OWP
Work permit (including extensions) – per person ( $155), Open work permit holder ( $100)

Unfortunately they dont have a standard on this, sometimes they would take the fees from the RPRF and then refund the remaining and later ask you to pay for the RPRF. Sometimes they would just return the application to you. Did they return the entire package or just the OWP application?
Instructions to pay the open work permit holder fee is on the work permit checklist. The work permit guide also does state that 'If you are applying for an open work permit, you must pay the $100 open work permit fee in addition to the work permit fee of $155.' Ok, atleast they did not return the entire thing, If would send it back today if they still have status. This process can be quite frustrating sometimes
The OWP fee is $255. $155 for the Work permit and $100 for the Open work permit holder fee. Before you submit your application, cross check everything and speak to an IRCC agent if you can to make sure you are not missing anything.
The IRCC call center is closed right now so you might have to wait a bit or you can ask those on here for advice before resubmitting.

I didn't apply for Work permit.
When I had applied for PR, My husband had done his medical but that was more than an year ago...
Oh ok. Im glad you finally got to link your account! Hmm, they may ask you to do your medical again. They should notify you.
