Following is my application detail

CEC Inland applicant
Vo: Ottawa
AOR : 20 January 2020
Bio : 20 February 2020
Medical passed : 4 February 2020
Eligibility, criminality and Info sharing passed : 28 May 2020
Security passed: 20 October 2020
Medical expired: 3 January 2021
Medicals extended: 9 March 2021
Final: Approved in March after medicals and again on 21 April 2021

I called IRCC again to confirm current status and an agent told me that my and my dependents medicals were re-assessed and passed again on 21 April 2021 along with the final approval which was done yesterday.

I want to know why re-assessment of medicals were done when they already extended it on 9 March 2021 and again final was approved which was also done in March. I am still waiting for COPR.

Inland applicants are being prioritized now while outland applicants are ignored. Feeling hopeless

Do not lose hope: there is enough randomness in the process that you could be processed as outland before other inlands.
The time will arrive for everyone.

Does your account show that the medicals have been extended ? Or you came to know just via the webform?

My account shows that medicals have been extended with below message :
Review of medical results - February 22, 2021:You passed the medical exam.

Same here. AOR is Feb 1 2020. Although my medicals got extended end of March but it's not yet reflecting on my account. I called to get the update on medicals. Are yours extended as well?

Yes , my medicals have been extended. I see below message in my account [UI] -

Are your dependents in Canada too?

If the application cannot be finalised, i.e. COPR cannot be issued before the expiry of the medicals, the meds can be extended.

Did you also see rest of the stages passed in your account like eligibility, background if they are passed.

Hello everyone. I was a silent reader of this forum for for the past 15.5 months. Some of you gave me hope everyday and still I can not define how painful this journey was for me. I applied on Jan 13,2020 and received my COPR on April 22, 2021. There were nights when I would just cry and was so helpless. I wish everone luck and not to lose hope. One important thing I wanted to convey is that I was a CEC inland applicant and I have all the checks completed by October 2020. I called IRCC on March 22 and they said they will send a message to confirm what is going on with my application. After that I called again after 2.5 weeks and they told me that my medicals expired and they are working on it. Exactly 1 montb after the call, I received Copr. So I would suggest you to give them a call and ask to send a message if you have everything completed a long time ago. I hope that would help.

No I called the office and they told me that all the stages were passed. I have been calling since October and everything was passed since then.

What kind of message they will send and in what manner ?
