Hi guys, I need to change my phone number I'd I raise a web form with the new phone number will this delay the finalization of my application? My application says final: approved according to GSCM notes FYI.

Applications are getting delayed regardless. All the same, any change in contact details ought to be reported to IRCC.

@legalfalcon In my GCMS notes, it shows empty/blank after "application assigned to", "application assigned by" and "due date". Does it mean nobody is working on my file?

If that's the case, is there a way to ask them to assign someone?

It's been roughly 15 MONTHS today since we have applied. I think this is the longest wait ever. I wish if they had just informed us about their decision, that would make it everyone's life little easier.

I wander if Ottawa will ever going to release copr inspite of the fact that our application is already lying approved with them.

will my new application be analysed separately or it join my old application and get delayed ?

I am really frustrated mentally these days. Please help.

If you file more than two applications, as per IRCC policy your new application will be put on hold until the old one has been processed to avoid duplicity of work or until you withdraw your old application.

Many inland applicants are getting COPRs. Just wait it out and be patient.

Yes, you need to order GCMS to see their decision. I received the same survey and got GCMS yesterday. It seems like my application was approved in December 2020 and they never updated my portal since my portal status is still stuck at medical passed.

That's normal. Portal does not always get updated.
