Hi, requesting @legalfalcon 's advice.

1. I received a new visa stamp on my passport post AOR. Do I need to inform IRCC through a web form?
2. Do I need to inform IRCC of any new short-term travels out of country of residence post AOR?
3. Do I need to inform IRCC of any new career post AOR that is will not be used for CRS score calculation? What if the position is unpaid at the moment and would only have been reported in Personal History?

I would really appreciate your feedback. Please let me know. Thank you.

1. No. After the application is submitted, you fo not need to inform IRCC or any new visas or travel. You only have to inform is you change your country of residence.
2. No, see 1.
3. If you change your current job, for which you did claim points in your work reference you will have to inform IRCC so that they know that you no longer work there in case they want to verify by calling your employer. After you submit your application, it is locked and anything post AoR is not taken into account.

Hello,

I am seeking advice regarding my application:

AOR 23rd January
Ghost Update with email 23rd January
Web form submitted 27th Jan with updated Travel form to rectify a mistake.
ADR 5th Feb (Submitted on 6th February) Schedule A and Additional Family
Ghost Update 6th February
MEP, BIL 13th Feb
Biometric Submitted 19th Feb

My ADR status is- we are reviewing the documents you provided. No updates since BIL
Is it normal for the ADR to remain in this stat? Also, my BG check is ‘We are processing your application...’ from the beginning. I read it is to be N/A in the beginning post AOR.
Would really appreciate your insight.

Hello everyone
I have applied for PR in Feb 2020 from india and yesterday I got ADR to submit affidavit from my translator.. initially I didn’t ask my translator to provide me the translation affidavit as i was not aware that it is a must.. some of my documents were actually translated in 2018 And some were translated in 2019( all translated documents are notary attested) .. so I used those documents in my PR application in feb 2020..
Now Could i just submit translator’s affidavit that he was the one who translated the documents in 2018 or 2019 from the original documents or should I need to translate all the 15 documents which were translated by different people again by one translator in present date and have the affidavit from that translator?
I need to submit the documents till monday so could anyone kindly help me in sorting this out

@Harshita.8719 I would
translate all the 15 documents which were translated by different people again by one translator in present date and have the affidavit from that 1 translator. Just to be on the safe side.

What correction did you make to travel history?

What if someone claims points for job offer after having completed 1 year on a closed work permit with a proper job offer letter, then submitted AOR and then a few weeks later quit the job? Does that affect the processing even though everything was valid at the time of AOR?

You already gave Biometrics right? No update since biometrics. I know there won’t be much updates so soon, but worried of the ADR status.
