my question is my medical status is still as 'we are reviewing your medical results' and I got biometric before MEP; My BG check status also shows that "we are processing your BG check". is it ok?

It's fine. I am applying from the US also and I got BIL before MEP. Medicals came a few days after the biometrics but I've heard it can take longer. I was also worried because one of my dependents was diagnosed with cancer but is in remission, so that gave me quite a bit of concern. I'm sure you will get it soon though.

I did fingerprints for RCMP criminal recors on February 12, 2020 amd received the results in the mail today (February 20th). Updating to my profile tonight!

Just a FYI for other applicants: I uploaded my RCMP this morning and by this evening my status changed to say the document has been uploaded.
So, less than 24 hrs after uploading it the status changed to reflect the change.

Back to waiting.

It depends on when you uploaded, and differed from application to application.

The RPRF is requested to continue processing. Most applicants, like myself, pay it at the time of submission. Assume the stated processing time by IRCC which 6 months.
