Well, I'll wait on the ADR. It seems the requests are varied.

While it is mentioned for paper based applications, this form is often requested by the visa officers. Consultants, as well as several applicants have shared their experience of this form being requested and expected when submitting Online EE in the OINP Human Capitals Stream forum amongst other PNP forums. Of course, the applicant may wait and see if any AD is required. ADRs do tend to delay the processing as mentioned by past applicants.

If you are an OPNP nominee, refer to OINP Human Capital Forum for advice. I submitted mine based on former applicants’ experience , as well as two immigration consultants’ advice.

Good luck.

I'm already waiting on my RCMP check to come back. I'm not adding another thing to my list. My brain is full!
Is it related to police certificate or fingerprinting, I have never heard of this before ? Could you elaborate? May help others.

I received a letter asking me to provide a RCMP certified criminal record check based on fingerprints. I went to the police station, paid CAD$30 and did my prints the next day and they said the certificate will be mailed to me within 3 weeks.

This is separate from the Police Certificate my husband and I had to provide from our country of birth.

If you had any stamps and visas (including expired), you should upload them with your application. If you lost your previous passport, write that in your LoE.
This is giving me anxiety. I already submitted my application. I only included my current passport data Page. I didn't include my older passport which has the stamps. Please what would you suggest I do? Should I wait till it is request for? (if at all)

If you have visa stamps and photocopies of the lost PP, and if those stamps are within last 10 years, ideally you should be including it in your travel history. Nonetheless, you may try sending them the PP photocopies through web form. Why wait for ADR ? You never know, you may not receive one.

@scarlettN You are right. My sister was an OINP candidate (now PR in Canada) and she had to fill out the Schedule 4 form. I also did and included it with my nomination info. If you haven't, I suggest you do so that your application would not be delayed.

Hey. Thanks for letting me know. I did submit it with my application initially after consulting past applicants. :)

Applied from USA under FSW; CRS 476
ITA 8 Jan 2020
AOR 8 Feb 2020
Biometric Request 20 Feb 2020;
my question is my medical status is still as 'we are reviewing your medical results' and I got biometric before MEP; My BG check status also shows that "we are processing your BG check". is it ok?

Probably your panel physicians sent in your medical result late.
