no cic can revoke ur PR anytime if u change ur Province even after getting a card especially SK, MB, and Atlantics. Go search a little bit online. If u don't know about the rules.
no it doesn't apply anymore since 2014. bcos it is against your freedom of movement. you can live anywhere you want as long as you are in Canada. also you cant expect someone to remain in one province when they get a better job offer or get married to someone in another province. since the went to court over a class action they av dropped that rule.

IF YOU DONT KNOW CALM DOWN AND LEARN FROM PEOPLE THAT KNOW, OR MAKE YOUR INDEPENDENT RESEARCH STOP SPREADING FALSE INFORMATION AND FEAR TO PEOPLE. P.S GOOGLE IS YOUR FRIEND

THIS POST IS THE MOST RECENT THERE IS MARCH 2020 IT WAS PUBLISHED.
1. Section 6 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms provides permanent residents and Canadian citizens with the right to live and work in any province in Canada. https://www.immigration.ca/provincial-immigrants-free-to-move-anywhere-in-Canada
How Do Mobility Rights Apply to Immigration?
In immigration matters, the implication of section 6 and mobility rights under the Charter is significant. But these rights do not actually begin until permanent residence has been established.

Once a province selects an applicant, the federal Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) will oversee admissibility issues, including health and security.

Upon landing at a Port of Entry (POE) in Canada, the Canada Border Services Agency will also ensure admissibility, including verifying the truthfulness of an applicant’s intentions to reside in a particular province.

Paragraph 87(2)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR) clarifies that a foreign national is a member of the PNP class if they intend to reside in the province that has nominated them.

After receiving permanent residence and appearing at a POE for admission to Canada, once admitted, there is nothing that can come in between an applicant’s Charter mobility rights to live and work anywhere in Canada.
The provinces which seek to attract newcomers under their PNPs are left to create the right conditions to attract, and more importantly, retain, immigrants.

2. https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1113&top=6
THIS IS DIRRECTLY FROM THE IMMIGRATION WEBSITE (IRCC). EVEN THOUGH THE PROVINCE THAT NOMINATED YOU WOULD LIKE FOR YOU TO STAY BUT IF YOU DONT WANT TO STAY YOU ARE FREE TO LEAVE AS LONG AS YOU HAVE YOUR PR CARD. IT IS NOT A CRIMINAL OFFENCE.

3. Go on the citizenship application forum and you would see people who got their PR and moved and got their citizenship when the applied. that law is change 6 or more years now.

4. Personal experience. my relatives became PR through Manitoba, after PR the husband got a better job in Ontario and moved with the family. they applied for Citizenship from Toronto where they live and got it and have been citizens since Oct 2016!

Yes, you can. As a permanent resident, you have the right to live, work or study anywhere in Canada.

However, if you became a permanent resident through the Provincial Nominee Program, the province that nominated you has chosen you to bring skills to their province.

and if you DONT want to stay then you are free to LEAVE it is no criminal offence and it would not stop anyone from getting citizenship. I am done going back and forth with you. don't confuse people with your 2years unfounded information. your false information can hinder naïve people from pursuing better opportunities and rejecting good jobs and living standard in Canada.
