Hi
Can i move to another provinc after get COPR even if under pnp especially SINP?
after you receive your PR card in the mail you can move. cos changing your address on ur application before your PR is delivered to you shows you have no intention of living in the province that nominated you. I am also SINP most of my friends that got PR in 2019 moved after they got their cards to Ontario and Alberta and no one has had any issue. its on their website too that you have to remain till you receive your card. once you are a PR you can live anywhere you choose.

no cic can revoke ur PR anytime if u change ur Province even after getting a card especially SK, MB, and Atlantics. Go search a little bit online. If u don't know about the rules.

no it doesn't apply anymore since 2014. bcos it is against your freedom of movement. you can live anywhere you want as long as you are in Canada. also you cant expect someone to remain in one province when they get a better job offer or get married to someone in another province. since the went to court over a class action they av dropped that rule.
