I dont know why they are not processing for June, July and August.
I read somewhere they are working on pilot program of digitize paper based apps, hope we will get COPR soon.

Once IRCC recieve the updated information, it mostly takes up to 2-3 business days to get the CoPR. Most of people get it on the same day or next day.
