I think they are also doing it according to provinces. Ainp has not got much attention on April AR yet.

My AR is April 25th 2019
And AOR is May 27 2019.

My AR is April 26, 2019 and AOR May 31, 2019. My also waiting since nov no update. I think they are not issuing DM or COPR for AINP applicants. Alberta is far behind
