January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

I called them too, they said, security will never be started, it will either be passed or not started all the time. Since part of security check is paper screening for all the documents at the final phase. When that is done, you application is approved anyway

I think they are also doing it according to provinces. Ainp has not got much attention on April AR yet.

My AR is April 25th 2019
And AOR is May 27 2019.

My AR is April 26, 2019 and AOR May 31, 2019. My also waiting since nov no update. I think they are not issuing DM or COPR for AINP applicants. Alberta is far behind
