There no need to worry. Keep an eye on your phone calls as I got the confirmation phonecall 3 days after submitting my ADR documents.

Yeah! Even my lawyer asked me to wait for MR instead of doing upfront

its all about if your file is picked by officer or not.
doing upfront will not harm and will not add until and unless someone picks your files.
but if any fine day u are lucky and your file is picked and u already have medical pass so next will be COPR otherwise next will be MR.
even there are many who received MR in last nov passed in dec but still waiting.

Doing upfront is not helping i saw so many applicants saying we did upfront but none of them got any further updates. Only who got MR requests for july august AOR got updates even one of them got Copr as well

I missed 2 calls yesterday but they are from two international numbers. France and usa so I doubt it was from cic. One of the calls I saw but didnt answer.
