hi folks,
can someone help in suggesting extension of work permit. PR file under process since March 2019 ISJO PNP ontario. Work permit expiring October ending and timeline says processing time left until 15, October 2020. Few days back it was Sept 15, 2020:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Do we need to extend wp?

If your PNP nomination is employer restricted, you might have to apply for a closed WP with the employer

Guys.
NEED SOME HELP.
I have somewhat same scenario.
WP is expiring in October 2020 ending and my PR completion date is in NOV 2020.
I am restricted to the employer.
Do the employer has to pay the fees for my WP extension or I can do it by myself??? I don’t know that.

OINP- international student stream job offer.
Please respond.

"The Immigration Division will resume its in-person processes on Sept. 14 "

Hope it is true !
In context, it would mean the in-person interviews.

But if they could resume in person interviews, why not go back to Sydney office ? Which is apparently less risky.

Anyways, it’s a good news.

Hope we will hear some more good news soooooooooon!

The Refugee Protection Division – the tribunal branch of the Board – posted on its website that it resumed in-person hearings during the week of Aug. 3. The Immigration Division will resume its in-person processes on Sept. 14, and continue with video conferencing until then.

"[It] is an excellent step. I could never understand why it was necessary to meet certain people in person when you know it’s a great inconvenience for a lot of people to attend an immigration interview in-person. So I think you’ll see that continue," she said.
